Kelbrook Lodge is a traditional shooting box set in its own grounds on the Lancashire/Yorkshire border. It is located 8 miles west of the market town Skipton, the gateway to the Yorkshire dales.

The Lodge itself was purpose built in 1908 for shooting entertainment days by Edward Carr, a wealthy local lawyer for his clients and guests. Now almost a century later it is still used for this Victorian tradition, now one of the most popular ways of entertaining business associates, friends and family.
The Lodge is now a family business run by Michael Meggison, a member of the British Olympic shooting team in 1980 & 1984 and son Aaron, himself having great success on the British team and Commonwealth championships since the age of 13.
Primarily a professional shooting school, open 6 days a week, with the objective of simulating game birds in exactly the correct environment. The armoury holds a varied selection of shooting accessories and sporting shotguns which guests may try. Including all the old and new innovations that have graced the sport for centuries.
